What is a Caretaker?

Caretaker is a personal assistant to landlord, acts onhis behalf,  is authorized by landlord to operate some sections of the application ie conduct property inspection and complete condition report,

advertise for tenant, open premises for inspection, recommend tenant and complete draft of rental agreement,

organize repair through high pages / airtasker or by himself, (preferred tradesman is abn +gst, owner/operater + apprentice + books by wife working from home not rented premises with reception)

(detailed description of problem + 2-5 photos, to be fixed in 3 days, budget for labour is 6 hours @ $75, materials at cost – invoice attached)

It may be a handyman, tradesman, support member (platinum)

Monthly invoice based on income collected is generated by website and emailed to landlord for payment.cc to PA

PA registers on the website – basic registration and then landlord selects him from big list of personal assistants..

How to copy and paste?

  1. Select text to be copied

  4. Hit ctr+V keys together to paste the copied text from clipboard

How to Register

If you have not registerd before, on the right hand side of the screen click on register Select the correct catergory for yourself, Ie- Caretaker,Landlord or Tenent. Once you have done this,filled out your information and selected the register icon the site will send you a confirmation email. (Dont forget to check your spam mail) Click onn the link for the confiration email and you are all set to go.

How do Condition Reports work?

A Condition Report is completed by both parties at the beginning, during and end of tenancy. Once a rental agreement is signed by both parties a condition report can be created. Peter Landlord will email a reminder giving you 7 days to complete it. The landlord has an option to create condition reports for their own purpose at any time and clone it into an entry report once the lease is signed.

After both parties made their entries (comments and photos) and signed it, the reports become available to landlords and tenants to discuss and resolve any concerns. Once completed, the report cannot be edited.

How do I un-list a Property Add?

To un-list a property add change the add expiry date to a date that has passed.
